Alabama wide receiver Ryan Coleman-Williams says custom virtual reality exercises have cleared up the drop problems that slowed his game earlier this season. He summed up the change as feeling "literally like Spider-Man," and the team expressed confidence the fix would hold.

Coleman-Williams made the comments ahead of Alabama's Oct. 11, 2026 matchup against Georgia. The VR drills were designed precisely to address his drop problems, according to reports from ESPN, Bleacher Report, and Saturday Down South.
